I did not receive an email after I enrolled at the register in a participating UGG Concept or Outlet store. What do I Do?

You can go online and set up your Rewards account independent of receiving an enrollment email. If you set up your Rewards account online within 30 days of an in-store retail transaction and in-store enrollment initiation, your account should automatically reflect your eligible UGG Points within 48 hours of account set-up. If it does not automatically reflect your UGG Points within 7 days, please email us at https://help.ugg.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or contact us at 1-888-432-8530. Make sure to have your receipt available.
