Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the UGG® brand ‘UGG Rewards’ Loyalty Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Membership
Membership to UGG Rewards is currently open to legal residents of the United States and District of Colombia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of registration and have a valid email address. Only UGG concept or UGG outlet stores located in the United States (“Qualifying UGG Retail Store”) and UGG.com are part of this program.

Participation in the UGG Rewards program is voluntary. Membership in UGG Rewards and its benefits are offered at the discretion of UGG. UGG may at any time, terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel UGG Rewards or any rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation by posting the modified rules on this page. Your continued participation in the program after such posting will constitute your acceptance.

Enrollment
In order to enroll in the program, you must go to www.UGG.com/rewards, complete your account set-up and opt into the program. Email address is required to participate in the program.

If you initiated your enrollment at a Qualifying UGG Retail Store, a registration email will be sent to the email address provided during initial enrollment. This email will direct you to set up your Member profile page on UGG.com to activate your Member account. This Member account allows you to receive personalized offers, Reward status and points balance updates.

By enrolling in UGG Rewards, you hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time by UGG in its sole discretion, and that you meet the eligibility requirements. Changes to UGG Rewards or these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via email or on this web page.

The information you provide in the enrollment process, and the information we gather as part of your participation in the program will be collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy at the following link: http://www.UGG.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-UGG-US-Site/default/BrandTermManagement-PrivacyPolicy. Only one UGG Rewards membership account per person is permitted. Deckers Brands employees are not eligible to participate in the UGG Rewards Program.

Earning Points
Once you are enrolled in the UGG Rewards Program and have an account active that is in good standing, you will begin to earn points based upon qualifying actions or qualifying purchases. A complete list of all current qualifying actions and their corresponding points can be found online in the UGG Rewards Members page under the tab Earn Points. These are subject to change at the discretion of the UGG brand and without notice.

There is a maximum of eighty (80) total points that can be earned for purchase related activities in any 12-month period per individual. The 12 month period begins with the first point earning for a purchase in the qualifying time period. Once a Member earns 80 total points in the qualifying 12 month time period, the Member account will stop accruing points earned from purchase related activities. Non-purchase related qualifying actions such as posting product reviews, sharing, refer a friend as example, are bound by separate program rules. Please view the corresponding rules online in the UGG Rewards Members page under the tab Earn Points.

Qualifying Purchases
All product purchases made at either a Qualifying UGG Retail Store or online at UGG.com are considered a
Qualifying Purchase event. Purchases made at authorized retail partners are excluded. The purchase of an UGG gift card or any products purchased with an employee discount are excluded as a Qualifying Purchase event.

Points cannot be earned on any taxes, shipping and handling charges and any other fees. Purchases for items with a decimal values of $.49 through $.01 round down. Points post to member accounts approximately 15 days after the date of purchase. The value of returned items will be deducted from the member’s qualifying purchase amount.

Rewards
Reward points can be accumulated through qualifying purchase and engagement activities. To be eligible for an UGG Rewards certificate, each account must have made a qualified purchase in a rolling 12 month time period of the lifetime of that account. Ten (10) Reward points qualify you for a $20 UGG Reward Certificate once a qualified purchase has been made associated with the member account. Once you have met the account requirements, UGG will email a $20 UGG Rewards Certificate to apply toward any purchase at a Qualifying UGG store or online at UGG.com.The UGG Rewards Certificate’s unique code will be communicated via an email sent to the email address registered on your account. Rewards points are calculated monthly and UGG Rewards Certificates are generated a short time thereafter.

Certificates are eligible for use only in the United States at this time and must be used at one of our United States UGG concept or UGG outlet stores or online at UGG.com within 90 days from issuance of the Rewards Certificate. See UGG.com for a list of Qualifying UGG Retail Store locations. Rewards Certificates cannot be re-used, transferred, sold, refunded or redeemed for cash (except where required by law) and must be redeemed in full, in a single purchase.

Reward Certificates may not be used for the purchase of an UGG Gift Card or towards previously purchased products.

Point Expiration
If a member has no points earnings activity for a period of 12 months, their account will become inactive and all points in their account will be expired.

Communications
By providing your contact information and opting into the UGG Rewards program, you agree to receive marketing communications, including offers and promotional messages, from UGG®. You may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in our emails to you, or by visiting Privacy Policy on UGG.com for other opt-out options. Please note that should you opt-out of brand promotional or loyalty program communications, you will still receive points balance/points expiration communications until all points have been redeemed, or all points have expired, or you request your UGG Rewards program account to be closed.

Cancellation
UGG® may cancel the program at any time without notice. In the event of program cancellation, members will have 90 days to use any valid UGG Rewards Certificates.

Abuse
Abuse of the UGG Rewards program, including failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, or other improper conduct as determined by UGG in its sole discretion, is strictly forbidden. Abuse may result in cancellation of your account, future disqualification from UGG Rewards program participation, and forfeiture of some or all points accrued.

In addition, UGG reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary or desirable. The sale, barter or transfer of UGG Rewards Certificates, except by UGG, is expressly prohibited.

General
UGG Rewards accounts are limited to one account per eligible customer; each email address and mailing address is also limited to one account. Rewards are nontransferable. UGG reserves the right to modify, revise or cancel its UGG Rewards program, the Terms and Conditions or any part of the program at any time for all participants or for any specific participant without prior notice. UGG’s decision on any aspect of customer’s account, membership status, UGG Rewards balance or any aspect of the program or a particular customer’s participation in it shall be final.

Limitation of Liability
Deckers Outdoor Corporation, Deckers Retail, LLC, Deckers Consumer Direct Corporation and their affiliates as “UGG” shall not be liable for any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting from the UGG Rewards program. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties. You acknowledge and agree that UGG has not made and is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including , without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the UGG Rewards program. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, UGG does not make any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to this UGG Rewards program or UGG.COM and UGG shall not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors related thereto.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and the UGG Rewards program will be interpreted, construed, enforced, and governed in all aspects in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any cause of action arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the UGG Rewards program will be brought exclusively in a court in Santa Barbara County, California and you consent to the exercise of exclusive jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in such courts. You waive any right to trial by jury and agree that any claim brought by you in connection with the UGG Rewards program may not and will not be made the subject of a class action.

The UGG Rewards program is managed by Deckers Retail, LLC, a California limited liability company.
